Nice quiet little library. Has a small kids are with some toys. Another section is labeled for teens, I have not been in there.

I needed new tires for a trip. I tried to book a date as soon as possible. I had to wait a whole week "for some reason". When I came to my appointment, I was informed the tires had arrived, but were misplaced and my appointment was canceled. Once I rescheduled, I went in a few days later. Well, the guy at the cash register tried to make me pay again, I showed him my receipt, he said that wasn't payment, I showed him where my credit card had been entered. Finally he relented and accepted that I had already paid but told me I would have to cancel, get a refund, and then rebuy the tires as a walk-in since I arrived 30 minutes early. I asked him why I couldn't just wait for my time and he relented. 30 minutes later, he informs me they have the wrong tires. Worthless customer service, worthless employees. To be expected at Roswell Wal-Mart, though.

This is the worst tire shop; don’t waste your time here. I called multiple times, but no one ever picked up. I even stopped by twice and no one was in the store. I ordered two tires, but it took three separate trips just to get them installed. They only work on one car at a time, and it took three hours just to get two tires installed.

Had an appointment scheduled for almost a week where my car type was listed (VW beetle) just for me to get there and be told that they won’t do oil changes on Volkswagens or any German cars. Why not reach out to me before I got there? Just generally feel like my time was wasting so if you drive a VW, don’t bother.

2 hour oil change. Had a 9:30am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:25am. Check in was good, I confirmed my oil and tire rotation. Work on my car started at 10:28am. It was done by 11:30. I wasn’t charged for the rotation so I asked about it. The guy at the desk was going to talk to the mechanic so I told him never mind, I don’t care. I just wanted to go after 2 hours. Price was reasonable. I won’t be back.
